Delaware North Australia at Melbourne Airport is hiring casual Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team. You will work with senior chefs to create dishes, maintain high-volume production, ensure recipe adherence and deliver visually appealing plates.

The role emphasizes hygiene, temperature checks and cross-contamination control. We seek candidates with Commis Chef experience, a minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery, and a strong background in kitchen operations.

Formación

• Previous Commis Chef experience is required.
• Solid background in kitchen operations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting.
• Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards.
• Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation.
