Delaware North is hiring casual Commis Chefs to join our team at Perth Airport. You will work with senior chefs to prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume kitchen, focusing on presentation and consistency across outlets.

We offer training and development, employee discounts, and an ASIC pass for access beyond security where required. You must be available for early morning shifts and a 7-day rotating roster as part of a dynamic hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Previous Commis Chef experience.
• Solid background in kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated ability to meet financial targets for food and labour costs.
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including early morning shifts.

Responsabilités

• Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting.
• Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards.
• Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
• Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance.
