Must be flexible for various shifts; experience in a la carte or function service is preferred. Onboarding may lead to training opportunities within our global network of venues across Australia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef is required.
• Solid background in kitchen operations.
• Passion for food and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a range of dishes in a high-volume production setting.
• Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards.
• Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation.
• Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
• Ensure HACCP and WHS compliance, conducting temperature and quality checks and preventing cross-contamination.
