Job summary

Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Cooks to join our team at Perth Airport. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, contributing to the overall success of our kitchen operations.

The role offers access to training and development opportunities, support for career progression across our global network, and exclusive employee benefits including discounts and an ASIC pass if required. You will work a 7-day rotating roster and uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Solid background in kitchen operations and cook experience.
• Food Safety Certificate is required or in progress.
• Level 3 Cookery Certificate is preferred.
• Willingness to learn under guidance from chefs.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes for menu preparation and maintain standards.
• Execute food preparation tasks and ensure quality presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Ensure WHS compliance and food safety standards.
• Conduct temperature and quality checks and manage cross-contamination.
