Qualifications

• Casual Commis Chef with prior experience in a busy kitchen.
• Must hold a Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster and early morning/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting.
• Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards.
• Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
• Conduct temperature and quality checks, manage cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance.
