Eucalyptus is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy in Australia to drive the business view of performance and capital allocation. You will partner with FP&A, Finance and Analytics to translate data into leadership-ready recommendations and support planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling across our growth portfolio.

Formación

• 6+ years experience in analytical roles.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or commercial roles in growth businesses.
• Strong understanding of high-growth consumer economics, CAC, LTV, retention, payback and margin.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Healthcare experience is welcome but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Build our view of commercial performance with FP&A, Finance and Analytics across revenue, acquisition, conversion, retention, gross margin and contribution margin.
• Support planning and forecasting with FP&A and leadership.
• Improve how we allocate capital with analyses for investment opportunities across products, channels and patient segments.
• Develop understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, margins.
• Identify growth and profitability opportunities across pricing, packaging, retention and product mix.
• Evaluate new opportunities and partnerships; structure the opportunity and provide clear recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional work; tackle ambiguous problems and move from analysis to implementation.
• Improve our commercial operating rhythms with tools, frameworks and governance.
