Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Procurement Lead in Australia to own sourcing and category strategy across product categories as the business scales post-acquisition with Hims & Hers. You will design category strategies, manage supplier performance, and partner with Commercial and Clinical to bring new products to market.

Reporting to Head of Supply Chain, you will drive S&OP cadence, contract standards, and compliance while coaching junior team members in a fast-scaling environment across multiple

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing within regulated consumer goods or healthcare.
• Proven ability to design and deliver category strategies with measurable savings.
• Experience running supplier QBRs and leading performance improvement.
• Knowledge of Australian import, labeling, and regulatory requirements (TGA/ARTG desirable).
• Ability to design frameworks with Legal and Compliance beyond predefined processes.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with cost and margin data; ERP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build the category strategy in partnership with Commercial and define negotiated levers.
• Initiate and lead an S&OP cadence from scratch and integrate planning inputs as team grows.
• Own supplier performance and quarterly business reviews with scorecards and improvement plans.
• Partner with Commercial and Clinical on bringing new product lines to market and planning launch stock.
• Design the supply-risk framework and maintain SKU-level landed cost visibility to protect margins.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to create contracting standards and ARTG/ labeling compliance.
• Coach junior team members and set procurement quality standards.
