Eucalyptus is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own the consolidated financial picture across its portfolio. You will forecast, report, and allocate capital while connecting corporate finance with brand finance business partners.

You’ll manage one analyst and report to the CFO, ensuring consistency across brands and a smooth integration with HIM group processes. This is a 9-month fixed-term role in a high-growth digital healthcare environment.

Formación

• 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance or related advisory roles.
• Experience forecasting and board-level reporting at high-growth firms.
• Strong ability to connect financials to business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts across the portfolio.
• Lead monthly close, variance commentary, and KPI packs for ELT and board.
• Drive annual budget and rolling reforecasts with capital allocation models.
• Integrate brand inputs into a coherent group view and maintain definitions.
• Support FBPs with templates and analytics to enable better partnership with GMs.
