Job summary

Eucalyptus AU is seeking a Procurement Lead to own sourcing, supplier, and category strategy as the business scales within the Australian market. You will partner with Commercial and Clinical to bring new product lines to market, while designing a S&OP cadence and maintaining supplier performance programs.

You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and work with Legal, Compliance, and the Commercial team to ensure regulatory readiness, landed costs, and compliant supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally FMCG/pharma or regulated sectors.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end category strategies with measurable savings.
• Experience running supplier QBRs and leading performance improvements.
• Knowledge of Australian import, labeling, and regulatory requirements; TGA/ARTG familiarity is desirable.
• Ability to design frameworks (supply risk, contracting standards) with Legal & Compliance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to stand up an S&OP cadence from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial strategy into an aligned sourcing and negotiation plan for AU categories.
• Kick-start lightweight S&OP cadence based on supplier performance and cost/margin data.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and drive improvement plans.
• Partner with Commercial and Clinical on new product launches and onboarding.
• Design and maintain a supply risk framework and landed cost view.
• Develop contracting standards with Legal and ensure ARTG/compliance requirements are met.
