Qualifications

• No prior debt recovery or financial services experience required.
• Strong transferable customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers via inbound/outbound calls.
• Use tools to locate customers and update records.
• De-escalate sensitive situations and build trust with customers.
• Maintain compliant and accurate interaction notes.
