Job summary

Randstad partnered with a respected Australian credit management leader in Hurstville to recruit a Collections & Customer Solutions Specialist. This full-time role offers Mon–Fri hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with no weekends or late nights and a competitive base salary plus super and uncapped monthly bonuses.

You’ll leverage strong communication skills to negotiate payment arrangements, support customers, and protect data integrity.

Qualifications

• No prior collections experience required; full paid training & ongoing career progression provided
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset are essential
• Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand customers’ financial situations and arrange payment plans
• Use tools to locate and reconnect with customers and update records
• Build trust through respectful, non-judgmental dialogue and de-escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate interaction notes and comply with regulatory standards
