Qualifications

• No prior collections experience required; full training provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer conversations.
• Build rapport with small business owners.
• Understand customer circumstances and identify suitable repayment solutions.
• Negotiate outcomes with empathy and professionalism.
• Record customer interactions in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Work toward individual and team performance targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
