Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking 5 Collections Officers for an immediate start in the Sydney CBD. Roles offer $39.20/hr + Super + monthly bonuses, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a 3–6 month temporary contract and potential for extension or permanency.

Successful candidates will discuss outstanding accounts with customers, negotiate payment plans and deliver a professional customer experience while aiming to meet individual and team targets.

Qualifications

Experience in Collections or Debt Recovery is desirable.
Experience in banking or financial services is advantageous.
Customer service or call centre experience is valuable.
Recent university graduate seeking commercial exposure is welcome.
Strong communication, negotiation and rapport-building skills are essential.
Ability to work towards targets and enjoy bonus opportunities.
Positive attitude, energy and willingness to learn.
Available to start immediately.
