Job summary

Nespresso Chadstone is seeking a Coffee Education & Experience Ambassador to lead the coffee program at the Chadstone boutique in Melbourne. This full-time role features a rotating roster (32/44 hours per week), including alternate weekends, late-night trade, and keyholder responsibilities.

You will train and inspire the team, lead launches and tastings, and ensure every cup reflects our high standards while building strong customer connections in a fast-paced boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee and ability to inspire others.
• Retail or hospitality experience, with exposure to training or leadership.
• Willingness to lead workshops or coaching sessions and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the boutique coffee experience every day and elevate service quality.
• Share expertise to ignite a love of coffee within team and customers.
• Plan, deliver, and review engaging coffee training and masterclasses.
• Lead launches and tasting experiences, upholding high standards.
• Act as boutique coffee leader, building team capability and learning culture.
• Support daily operations, including opening/closing as a keyholder.
