Job summary

Nespresso Chadstone is seeking a passionate Retail Coffee Experience Trainer to lead the boutique coffee program and inspire the team. This full-time role operates on a rotating roster (32/44 hours weekly) and includes alternate weekends and keyholder duties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee and ability to train others.
• Experience in retail or hospitality, with exposure to training or leadership is ideal.
• Strong communication and ability to create memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and shape the boutique coffee experience daily.
• Deliver and review engaging coffee training sessions and masterclasses.
• Lead coffee launches and tastings to reflect high standards.
• Build team capability and a culture of learning.
• Support opening/closing as a keyholder and manage daily operations.
