Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso SA in Melbourne is seeking a Retail Coffee Experience Trainer for our Chadstone Boutique. This full‑time role on a rotating roster (32 hour/44 hour per week) includes alternate weekends, late night trade and keyholder responsibilities.

You will lead, inspire, and elevate the coffee experience daily, plan and deliver engaging training sessions and masterclasses, run launches and tastings, and nurture a culture of learning within the team and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality, ideally with exposure to training or leadership.
• Ability to deliver workshops or coach team members.
• Strong communicator who creates memorable customer experiences.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and shape the boutique coffee experience daily.
• Plan, deliver, and review engaging coffee training sessions and masterclasses.
• Lead coffee launches and tastings reflecting high standards.
• Act as the boutique’s coffee leader, building team capability and learning culture.
• Support daily operations, including opening/closing as a keyholder.

We’re looking for a passionate Coffee Expert to help lead, inspire, and elevate the coffee experience in our Chadstone Boutique.

What you’ll do

• Lead, inspire, and shape the boutique coffee experience every day:
• Share your expertise to ignite a love of coffee within your team and customers.
• Plan, deliver, and review engaging coffee training sessions and memorable masterclasses.
• Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring every cup reflects our high standards.
• Act as the boutique’s coffee leader — building team capability and cultivating a culture of learning.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing responsibilities as a keyholder.
• Create meaningful customer connections by bringing passion, knowledge, and warmth to every conversation.
