Nespresso Chadstone boutique is seeking a passionate Coffee Expert to lead and elevate the coffee experience. This full-time role operates on a rotating roster, including alternate weekends, late nights, and keyholder responsibilities.

You will train and inspire the team, run workshops and tasting experiences, and ensure every cup meets high standards. Join a brand that values learning, collaboration and customer passion.

Retail Coffee Experience Trainer – Chadstone

We’re looking for a passionate Coffee Expert to help lead, inspire, and elevate the coffee experience in our Chadstone Boutique.

This is a Full‑Time role on a rotating roster (32 hour/44 hour per week), including alternate weekends, late night trade and keyholder responsibilities.

What you’ll do

• Lead, inspire, and shape the boutique coffee experience every day:
• Share your expertise to ignite a love of coffee within your team and customers.
• Plan, deliver, and review engaging coffee training sessions and memorable masterclasses.
• Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring every cup reflects our high standards.
• Act as the boutique’s coffee leader — building team capability and cultivating a culture of learning.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing responsibilities as a keyholder.
• Create meaningful customer connections by bringing passion, knowledge, and warmth to every conversation.
