Job summary

Nespresso Chadstone is seeking a Coffee Education & Experience Ambassador to lead the coffee program at the Chadstone boutique in Melbourne. This full-time role features a rotating roster (32/44 hours per week), including alternate weekends, late-night trade, and keyholder responsibilities.

You will train and inspire the team, lead launches and tastings, and ensure every cup reflects our high standards while building strong customer connections in a fast-paced boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee and ability to inspire others.
• Retail or hospitality experience, with exposure to training or leadership.
• Willingness to lead workshops or coaching sessions and engage customers.

• Lead the boutique coffee experience every day and elevate service quality.

We’re looking for a passionate Coffee Expert to help lead, inspire, and elevate the coffee experience in our Highpoint Boutique.

This is a Full-Time role on a rotating roster (32 hour/44 hour per week), including alternate weekends, late night trade and keyholder responsibilities.

What you’ll do

• Lead, inspire, and shape the boutique coffee experience every day:
• Share your expertise to ignite a love of coffee within your team and customers.
• Plan, deliver, and review engaging coffee training sessions and memorable masterclasses.
• Lead coffee launches and tasting experiences, ensuring every cup reflects our high standards.
• Act as the boutique’s coffee leader - building team capability and cultivating a culture of learning.
• Support daily operations, including opening and closing responsibilities as a keyholder.
• Create meaningful customer connections by bringing passion, knowledge, and warmth to every conversation.
