Job summary

NRMA Angourie Resort is seeking a confident Guest Services Attendant to join our Front Office team on a casual basis, located near Yamba's beaches. You'll welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide local recommendations to help guests enjoy the region.

Responsibilities include managing guest inquiries, booking Day Spa appointments, and supporting day-to-day front desk operations with friendly, professional service and initiative, while maintaining a high standard of guest
