Job summary

NRMA Angourie Resort in the Yamba region is seeking a confident Guest Services Attendant to welcome guests and share local knowledge. You’ll manage check-ins and check-outs, answer inquiries, and help guests plan their stay with Day Spa bookings and region tips.

This casual role suits people who enjoy interacting with guests, delivering exceptional service, and working varied shifts between 7:30am and 7:00pm, with most weeks 1–2 shifts. Training provided and friendly team environment.

• Excellent customer service and guest-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with friendly and professional service.
• Managing check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries.
• Providing local recommendations, tourism information and insider tips on the best things to see and do in the region.
• Taking and managing Day Spa bookings and payments.
• Welcoming Day Spa guests and providing tours of the facilities.
• Assisting guests with requests and resolving enquiries with confidence and care.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of Front Office.
• Working independently while maintaining a high standard of service.
