NRMA Angourie Resort in the Yamba region is seeking a confident Guest Services Attendant to welcome guests and share local knowledge. You’ll manage check-ins and check-outs, answer inquiries, and help guests plan their stay with Day Spa bookings and region tips.
This casual role suits people who enjoy interacting with guests, delivering exceptional service, and working varied shifts between 7:30am and 7:00pm, with most weeks 1–2 shifts. Training provided and friendly team environment.

We're on the lookout for a confident and customer-focused Guest Services Attendant to join our team at NRMA Angourie Resort on a casual basis. Located just minutes from Yamba's stunning beaches and national parks, Angourie Resort offers guests a relaxed coastal escape complete with premium accommodation, a restaurant, day spa and resort facilities. As one of the first faces our guests see, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences from the moment they arrive.
This is much more than a traditional reception role. You'll be helping guests make the most of their stay, sharing local recommendations, supporting our Day Spa operations and ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed.
