Job summary

NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort, NSW, is seeking 2 Casual Guest Service Attendants to join our Front Office team during the peak season. You will be the first smile guests see on arrival, handling check-ins, bookings, and inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

Bring experience in reception or hospitality, strong computer skills, and a calm, solution-focused mindset. Flexible shifts across 8:00am–8:00pm and a commitment to outstanding guest service are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, administration or hospitality.
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs.
• Answering incoming phone calls, emails and guest enquiries.
• Assisting guests with bookings, accommodation information and resort services.
• Using multiple systems to manage reservations, payments and guest information.
• Providing local recommendations and helping guests make the most of their stay.
• Handling guest requests and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Processing payments and balancing reception transactions.
• Supporting the wider resort team during busy periods.
• Delivering exceptional customer service during peak holiday trade.
