The Pacific Hotel is recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead on-floor operations across a vibrant coastal venue. You’ll supervise staff, ensure high service standards, and maintain a welcoming, energetic environment for locals and visitors alike.

This hands-on leadership role requires RSA/RSG/RMLV and Approved Manager licences, with a focus on smooth service during peak periods and across gaming, food, and beverage operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality floor
• Strong supervisory skills across multiple departments
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities
