Job summary

Pacific Hotel on the Central Coast is seeking a driven Assistant Manager to lead floors, ensure high standards, and maintain a welcoming vibe across the bistro, gaming, and beer garden during busy shifts.

You will support the Publican, supervise a team of hospitality professionals, perform hands-on duties, and bring energy, service, and authentic hospitality. RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role requiring manual handling and lifting.
• Some supervisory experience in hospitality preferred.
• RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence required as per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Publican to run the pub smoothly, safely and with a great vibe.
• Lead a team of hospitality staff across multiple departments.
• Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches and maintain gold-standard presentation.
