Pelican Waters Hotel in Caloundra is seeking an hands-on Assistant Manager to lead the floor across dining, sports bar, and gaming spaces. You’ll keep service standards high, drive a warm, authentic hospitality vibe, and coordinate a multi‑department team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑department service across dining, gaming and events.

• Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibe.
• Resolve hiccups quickly to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
