Job summary

Endeavour Group’s Pacific Hotel is seeking a driven Assistant Manager to lead the floor in a fast-paced, multi-department venue on Queensland’s coast. You’ll supervise staff, ensure top-notch service, and partner with the Publican to deliver a great guest experience.

You’ll bring hands-on leadership, customer service excellence, and the licences (RSA, RSG, RMLV) required to run the floor, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality leadership experience in a busy pub/venue.
• Ability to supervise a multi-department floor and maintain standards.
• Strong customer service and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor operations across lunch, dinner and events.
• Supervise and develop hospitality team members.
