Repco in Albany, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive store performance. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure outstanding customer service in a hands-on role close to the coastal lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory retail or workshop experience, knowledge of mechanical/automotive parts, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a supportive environment with career development and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Formación

• Experience supervising a team in a retail or trade environment.
• Background in retail or workshop operations and sales.
• Knowledge of mechanical or automotive parts preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be flexible with shifts.
• Proactive safety leadership and a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive performance and merchandising standards.
• Uphold safety protocols and create a safe, productive work environment.
