Job summary

Repco in Albany is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive store performance. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching staff, delivering excellent service, and upholding safety and store standards in a coastal WA town.

You'll work closely with Store Managers to supervise daily operations, open and close the shop as required, and support merchandise, planogram and customer experience. A flexible, customer‑focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Have previous supervisory experience, or be ready for that next step.
• Retail or trade experience including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations.
• Ideally have mechanical / automotive parts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver outstanding store performance.
• Oversee daily store operations.
• Open and close store as required.
