Repco West Gosford is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach the team, and ensure outstanding customer service. This full-time, on-site role supports career growth within Australia’s leading automotive aftermarket parts brand.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, drive safety, and contribute to store standards while handling opening and closing responsibilities. A flexible, hands-on leader with industry interest is welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or trade environments.
• Experience in sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations preferred.
• Mechanical or automotive parts knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily store operations with the Store Manager.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Create moments that matter for customers through service excellence.
• Act as safety leader, ensuring a safe work environment for all.
• Set a positive example and manage opening/closing duties.
