Job summary

Repco West Gosford is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, coach staff, model exceptional service, uphold safety, and handle opening/closing duties. Prior supervisory or retail/trade experience with automotive parts knowledge and a valid driver’s licence is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience or readiness for next step.
• Retail or trade sales/wholesale/workshop experience.
• Ideally mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
• Flexible availability and valid driver's licence.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team alongside Store Manager and manage operations.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Live and model genuine customer service.
• Act as safety leader and ensure safe environment.
• Occasional opening/closing responsibilities.
