Job summary

Repco is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Australia’s ACT region. You will work closely with Store Managers to lead the team, drive daily operations, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You’ll coach staff, demonstrate safety leadership, and model positive behaviours while handling opening and closing duties. Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in retail or trades, with automotive parts knowledge and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team-leading experience in a retail or trades environment.
• Experience in sales, wholesale, or workshop operations is a plus.
• Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge is advantageous.
