Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Port Stephens is seeking a motivated Co-Agent to join its residential sales team in the Nelson Bay area. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gain exposure to the full sales process, generate business, build client relationships and contribute to successful property campaigns.

You'll support appraisals, listings, buyer communications, open homes and negotiations, while developing your skills and professional network in a supportive environment focused on

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales or a strong customer-facing sales background.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Professional, motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable making calls, following up leads and building a network.
• Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in residential property.
• Current driver's licence essential.
• Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with appraisals, listing presentations and property campaigns.
• Build relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.
• Follow up buyer enquiries and manage ongoing communication.
• Assist with open homes, inspections and buyer feedback.
• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
• Support negotiations and progress sales through to settlement.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up leads.
• Work closely with the team to deliver a strong client experience.
