Job summary

Gough Recruitment has partnered with a Nelson Bay real estate agency to recruit a motivated Co-Agent to join its residential sales team. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, participate in property appraisals, listings and buyer relationships, and help deliver successful campaigns.

You will build relationships with vendors and buyers, handle enquiries, assist with open homes, and progress negotiations to settlement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales or a strong customer-facing sales background.
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Professional, motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable making calls, following up leads and building a network.
• A proactive attitude with genuine interest in residential property.
• Current driver's licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team with appraisals, listing presentations and property campaigns.
• Building relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.
• Following up buyer enquiries and maintaining ongoing communication.
• Assisting with open homes, inspections and buyer feedback.
• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
• Supporting negotiations and progressing sales through to settlement.
• Maintaining accurate client records and following up leads.
• Working closely with the team to deliver a strong client experience.
