Arc @ UNSWٓ is offering an entry-level role to help celebrate and support UNSW Clubs. You will work with a mix of full-time and student staff to assist volunteer executives running 400+ Arc-affiliated clubs, delivering rewards programs and running community events.

You will also help process rewards, create content, and gather feedback to improve each term. This is ideal for someone seeking entry-level experience in program delivery, events and community engagement.

Qualificações

• Excellent oral and written communication with UNSW students.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel with attention to detail.
• Some experience helping to plan or run events.
• Reliable, organized, and able to complete routine tasks with guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Attend to tasks and enquiries during scheduled shifts, in Arc Offices or remotely.
• Assist with tasks including: administering the Rewards Points program, logging points, processing redemptions.
• Review rewards store and point-earning activities each term; suggest improvements.
• Plan and deliver ClubsKickoff, The Executive Lounge and Town Hall sessions.
• Write content about the Rewards program and Clubs Community events for newsletters, Instagram and Discord.
• Gather feedback from Club executives and identify trends to improve Arc's recognition programs.
• Respond to Club enquiries, focusing on Rewards Points and Clubs Community events.
• Support Club consultations and promote the Rewards program at O-Week and Arc events.
