Arc @ UNSW is seeking a Club Support Officer to assist Arc-affiliated Clubs and engage UNSW students across events and initiatives. Join a team dedicated to student life, helping clubs run smoothly, from bookings and grants to event logistics.

You will work closely with the Events & Engagement Coordinator and the Administration Coordinator to promote and support club activities, share ideas for improvements, and maintain administrative procedures.

Formación

• Experience with Arc-affiliated Clubs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with proven organisational and administrations skills and the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated event management and project planning skills, including experience in planning, overseeing and finalising the completion of projects or the delivery of events to deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Supports Arc-affiliated Clubs.
• Works with Events & Engagement Coordinator and Administration Coordinator to deliver best outcomes for the Clubs Department.
• Responds to club enquiries via email, social media, in person or by phone.
• Assists with club bookings, grants, affiliations and Arc procedures as required.
• Assists with logistics and running of Arc Clubs events and activities.
• Evaluates existing Arc-run club events and administrative procedures and contributes ideas for new offerings based on feedback.
• Maintains administrative procedures and processes as required.
• Supports engagement between Arc Clubs team, Arc-affiliated Clubs and UNSW students through in-person engagement at club training events.
