Job summary

C.ex Group is seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a NSW club with a strong member focus. You will oversee hospitality, gaming, events and services, delivering exceptional member and guest experiences while ensuring governance, safety and compliance.

• Demonstrated management experience in a registered club, hotel, hospitality or comparable venue.
• Strong financial, commercial and people-management capability.
• Sound knowledge of NSW liquor, gaming, work health and safety, and responsible service obligations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours when operationally required.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG competency cards, or the ability to obtain them before commencement.

Lead a vibrant, medium-sized community club with full facilities and a strong member focus.

C.ex Group is seeking an experienced and hands-on Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of its well-established, medium-sized NSW clubs. As part of the C.ex Group of clubs, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded hospitality leader to deliver outstanding member and guest experiences while maintaining high standards of governance, compliance and operational performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group General Manager, the Club Manager will provide visible leadership across the venues full range of facilities and services while contributing to the wider goals of the C.ex Group.

You will lead the team, manage financial and operational performance, strengthen member engagement and ensure the club remains safe, welcoming and compliant.

You are an approachable, accountable leader who is comfortable working both strategically and on the floor. You build trusted relationships with members, management, staff, the Board and the wider community.
