Job summary

C.ex Group is seeking an experienced Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized NSW club with a strong member focus. You will lead a diverse team, manage financial and operational performance, and ensure governance, compliance and guest experiences meet high standards.

You will report to the Group General Manager and provide leadership across facilities and services, while maintaining safety, and collaborating with the Board and community to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated management experience in a registered club, hotel, hospitality or comparable venue.
• Strong financial, commercial and people-management capability.
• Sound knowledge of NSW liquor, gaming, work health and safety, and responsible service obligations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours when operationally required.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG competency cards, or the ability to obtain them before commencement.

C.ex Group is seeking an experienced and hands-on Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of its well-established, medium-sized NSW clubs. As part of the C.ex Group of clubs, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded hospitality leader to deliver outstanding member and guest experiences while maintaining high standards of governance, compliance and operational performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Group General Manager, the Club Manager will provide visible leadership across the venues full range of facilities and services while contributing to the wider goals of the C.ex Group.

You will lead the team, manage financial and operational performance, strengthen member engagement and ensure the club remains safe, welcoming and compliant.
