Job summary

SYNNEX Corporation in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer to be the frontline technical contact for MSP CSP partners across Microsoft (Modern Work and Azure) and AWS. You will handle day-to-day support, onboarding, provisioning, and AI service enablement, while contributing to migrations and project work with solution architects.

Qualifications

2+ years in cloud support or partner-facing role.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online.
Strong customer focus and ability to explain technical concepts.
Certifications in AZ-900/MS-900/AZ-104/AI-900 or AWS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1-2 support for Microsoft CSP (Modern Work, Azure) and AWS partner queries.
Assist partners with onboarding, provisioning, billing and troubleshooting.
Support partners adopting AI services across Microsoft and AWS stacks, including Copilot and OpenAI.
Manage tickets escalated to Microsoft or AWS through to resolution.
Contribute to cloud migrations, implementations and AI enablement projects with solution architects.
Maintain records in the service desk system and contribute to knowledge base.
Collaborate with local solution architects and regional/global support teams.
