Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer to join our Cloud Centre of Excellence in Sydney. You’ll be the frontline technical contact for Microsoft CSP and AWS partners, handling onboarding, provisioning, billing, and troubleshooting.

This hands-on role involves cloud migrations, implementing AI solutions like Copilot and Azure OpenAI, and collaborating with solution architects. You’ll gain exposure to modern cloud platforms and grow within a supportive global team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a cloud support, service desk, or partner-facing technical role.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft CSP programs (Modern Work and Azure) and AWS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and Azure subscriptions.
• Understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, IAM).
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's reshaping the partner landscape.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Microsoft CSP (Modern Work, Azure) and AWS partner queries.
• Help partners with onboarding, provisioning, billing, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support partners adopting AI services across the Microsoft and AWS stacks — including Copilot and Azure OpenAI.
• Manage tickets escalated to Microsoft or AWS through to resolution.
• Contribute to cloud migrations, implementations, and AI enablement engagements.
