Qualifications

Several years in a technical, customer-facing role.
Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
Genuine curiosity about how things work and willingness to learn.
You share knowledge freely and push for better solutions with your team.
Bonus: experience with Microsoft Infrastructure, M365, Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Windows 11, Jamf Pro, RADIUS, PKI, or contract law.

Responsibilities

Support international customers technically and commercially.
Analyse use cases and recommend product configurations.
Build pricing models and own renewals for existing customers.
Be the link between customers, developers, support, and product management.
