Job summary

Idea 11 is seeking a Systems Engineer to join its Managed Services team as a skilled engineer responsible for resolving cloud, infrastructure, and networking issues. You will own tickets end-to-end, collaborate with senior engineers, and contribute to platform improvements while maintaining strong customer communication.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and ongoing learning in cloud, on-prem, and security technologies, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement and opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an infrastructure, cloud, or MSP engineering role.
• Experience working in an MSP environment.
• Strong AWS, infrastructure, and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Certifications are not mandatory but helpful if pursued.

Responsibilities

• Resolve cloud, infrastructure, networking, and platform issues.
• Own tickets through to resolution with clear customer communication.
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and proactive system improvements.
• Work directly with customers on technical issues and escalations.
• Contribute to projects, migrations, and platform improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with technical reviews and operational initiatives.
