Logical Resources in Victoria, Australia, is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to drive growth across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services and AI solutions. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, qualify opportunities and coordinate with technical teams to move deals through the sales cycle.

You’ll work with Sales, Presales, Marketing and Delivery teams, develop pipeline, support proposals, and maintain CRM accuracy.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in inside sales, business development, account management or customer acquisition.
• Experience in technology, IT services, MSPs, cloud consulting or professional services environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Copilot is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure or AI solutions is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify opportunities across cloud, cyber, AI and managed services offerings.
• Engage customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and virtual meetings.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business and technology challenges.
• Coordinate workshops, demonstrations and meetings with technical specialists.
• Support proposal development, pricing and commercial documentation.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide pipeline updates.
• Work towards quarterly and annual sales targets.
