Logical is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to drive growth in cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services and AI solutions. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, qualify opportunities, coordinate resources and help move deals through the sales cycle.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Sales, Presales, Marketing and Delivery teams, build relationships, and contribute to quarterly and annual targets in a fast-growing technology environment.

Competenze

• 3-5+ years' experience in inside sales, business development, account management or customer acquisition.
• Experience within technology, IT services, MSPs, cloud consulting or professional services environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Copilot is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure or AI solutions would be advantageous.
• Commercially minded, organised and motivated by achieving results.

• Generate and qualify opportunities across cloud, cyber, AI and managed services offerings.
• Engage customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and virtual meetings.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business and technology challenges.
• Coordinate workshops, demonstrations and meetings with technical specialists.
• Support proposal development, pricing and commercial documentation.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide pipeline updates.
• Work towards quarterly and annual sales targets.
