Job summary

Logical in Melbourne is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services and AI solutions. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, qualify opportunities and coordinate with technical teams to progress deals.

You will work closely with Sales, Presales, Marketing and Delivery to understand business challenges, conduct discovery, and help close deals while maintaining CRM accuracy and hitting quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in inside sales, business development, account management or customer acquisition.
• Experience within technology, IT services, MSPs, cloud consulting or professional services environments.
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365 and Copilot is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure or AI solutions would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify opportunities across cloud, cyber, AI and managed services offerings
• Engage customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and virtual meetings
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand business and technology challenges
• Coordinate workshops, demonstrations and meetings with technical specialists
• Support proposal development, pricing and commercial documentation
• Maintain CRM accuracy and provide pipeline updates
• Work towards quarterly and annual sales targets
