Job summary

Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a Research Support Officer to join the Centralised Clinical Trials Support Unit (CTSU) within the Research Office. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the CTSU and help drive CTMS-related activities and KPI compliance.

Reporting to the Manager, you will manage a variety of clinical trial administrative tasks, coordinate meetings and documents, support data quality,

Qualifications

• High-level administrative support in a complex environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and correspondence.
• Knowledge of CTMS and clinical trial processes is desirable.
• Experience coordinating meetings, documents and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CTSU coordinating workflows and priorities.
• Assist the Reporting Manager with reports, presentations, minutes and trial documentation.
• Handle enquiries and deliver responsive customer service to trial staff and stakeholders.
• Support CTMS implementation, data quality, KPI reporting and compliance.
• Participate in CTMS meetings and coordinate trial network activities.
• Coordinate meetings, education sessions and events, and support project initiatives.
