Acumed seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to back orthopaedic procedures across the designated territory. You will provide clinical and technical support during surgeries, educate surgeons and theatre staff on product use, and develop strong relationships with surgeons and hospital teams.

You will ensure cases are well planned, stay up-to-date on product and clinical knowledge, and collaborate with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and growth—willing to travel as required.

Competenze

• Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Experience in medical devices, orthopaedics, healthcare, sports medicine, or a clinical environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build credibility with surgeons and clinical staff.
• Willingness to travel within territory and attend cases outside standard hours.

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting orthopaedic procedures across your designated territory. Supported by our operations and product management teams, you will be responsible for:

• Providing clinical and technical support during orthopaedic surgical procedures.
• Educating surgeons, nursing staff and theatre personnel on product use and surgical techniques.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
• Ensuring surgical cases are adequately planned, prepared and supported.
• Maintaining a high level of product, clinical, and industry knowledge.
• Collaborating with our sales team to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, Health Science, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Previous experience in medical devices, orthopaedics, healthcare, sports medicine, or a clinical environment highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build credibility and confidence with surgeons and clinical staff.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A willingness to travel within your territory and attend cases outside standard business hours when required.
