LifeHealthcare in Queensland seeks a clinically focused professional to provide surgical support for upper limb procedures. You will train and assist surgeons, ensuring equipment readiness and staff education. A teamwork-driven, autonomous approach is essential for success.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with key surgeons, delivering first-class customer service, and contributing to service growth while traveling across South-East Queensland.

Qualificações

• Experience in a clinical or theatre environment preferred.
• Tertiary education in a related medical field (physiotherapist, paramedic, biomedical engineer, science/anatomy or nursing).
• Direct operating theatre experience preferred.
• Able to work autonomously or in a team with strong customer service mindset.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel across QLD.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical support for Orthopaedic surgical procedures in theatre.
• Build relationships with surgeons and nursing staff through training and case support.
• Ensure instrument kits, implants, and user guides are available per customer needs.
• Conduct regular in-services for operating room and central sterilisation staff.
• Maintain monthly in-service records and ensure accuracy.
• Contribute to revenue targets by engaging new and existing surgeons.

This role presents as an exciting opportunity based in Queensland. In this role you will be part of a high functioning and collaborative team, you’ll work closely with the broader Queensland Extremities team in providing clinicalsupport for surgical procedures in Upper Limb. You will be provided with support and training around our product because we believe what is most important is your desire to succeed and delighting in our customers success.

We're looking for someone who:

You'll be responsible for:

• Providingclinicalsupport for Orthopaedic surgical procedures in theatre
• Building relationships with our key surgeons and their nursing staff by way of training, education, and clinicalcase support
• Ensuring that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guide as per each customers' requirements.
• Conducting regular hospital in-services on instrument sets to Operating Room and Central Sterilisation Department Personnel
• Maintain and monitor monthly in-service records on your accounts to ensure records are current.
• Achieving an agreed revenue target by identifying and gaining business from new and existing surgeons

And to be successful you’ll need:

• Experience in aclinicalor theatre environment or have a background in nursing, physiotherapy or chiropractic is preferred but not essential.
• A tertiary education in a related medical field such as a physiotherapist, paramedic, biomedical engineer, science (anatomy) or nursing is ideal.
• Direct experience working in an operating theatre environment (preferred).
• Resilience and versatility: you can work autonomously or in a team and are passionate about providing first class customer service.
• Current driver's license (essential) and be flexible to travel in QLD, predominantly in the states South-East region.
• To particpate in a rotating on-call roster for after-hours / weekend case support
