Job summary

Acumed ANZ Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to join our ANZ team. This role focuses on growing an established orthopaedic and trauma market by building strong customer partnerships with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital procurement.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager – Victoria, you will drive revenue, provide clinical support during procedures, deliver product training and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in medical device industry, orthopaedics/trauma/spine/sports medicine/surgical devices.
• Strong understanding of operating theatre environments and surgical procedures.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieving and exceeding sales revenue and market share targets within your territory.
• Building strong relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Trauma Surgeons, Operating Theatre staff, Procurement teams, and Hospital Administrators.
• Providing technical and clinical support during surgical procedures and product evaluations.
• Delivering product training and education programs.
• Remaining up to date with industry trends, customer needs and competitor activity.

We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Territory Manager to join our growing ANZ team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a clinical environment and is passionate about building strong customer partnerships within the orthopaedic and trauma market.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager – Victoria and working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for managing and growing an established territory while identifying new business opportunities across your territory. Specifically, this will include:

achieving and exceeding sales revenue and market share targets within your territory.

building strong relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Trauma Surgeons, Operating Theatre staff, Procurement teams, and Hospital Administrators.

providing technical and clinical support during surgical procedures and product evaluations.

delivering product training and education programs.

remaining up to date with industry trends, customer needs and competitor activity

About You:

You are a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment with:

proven sales experience within the medical device industry, preferably in Orthopaedics, Trauma, Spine, Sports Medicine, or Surgical Devices.

strong understanding of operating theatre environments and surgical procedures.

demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

a degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or a related field
