Acumed seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to back orthopaedic procedures across the designated territory. You will provide clinical and technical support during surgeries, educate surgeons and theatre staff on product use, and develop strong relationships with surgeons and hospital teams.

You will ensure cases are well planned, stay up-to-date on product and clinical knowledge, and collaborate with the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and growth—willing to travel as required.

Formación

• Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Experience in medical devices, orthopaedics, healthcare, sports medicine, or a clinical environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to build credibility with surgeons and clinical staff.
• Willingness to travel within territory and attend cases outside standard hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical and technical support during orthopaedic procedures.
• Educate surgeons, nursing staff and theatre personnel on product use and surgical techniques.
• Develop and maintain relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders.
• Ensure surgical cases are planned, prepared and supported.
• Maintain knowledge of product, clinical and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales team to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
