Job summary

Acumed is expanding its team in Sydney to drive growth in orthopaedic trauma products. As a Territory Manager, you will work on go-to-market strategies, engage with customers, and deliver product training while collaborating with the team to identify new opportunities and attend conferences.

The ideal candidate has clinical support or sales experience in healthcare, with a growth mindset and strong communication skills. Sydney-based role with opportunities to advance within the territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or medical device sales, preferably Orthopaedics.
• Growth mindset to capitalise on opportunities within the territory.
• Knowledge of Sydney's public and private hospital systems is advantageous.
• Self-starter and well organised to manage daily activities.
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying what you learn.
• Be dynamic and agile in a fast-moving market.
• Strong team player focused on common goals.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning go-to-market strategies to identify new surgical opportunities.
• Engage with existing customers to raise product awareness and provide case coverage.
• Deliver in-service training and education on new and existing products and systems.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new territory or market opportunities.
• Continuously upskill through internal educational training opportunities.
• Represent the company at local and national conferences.

The role

• Be part of the planning for go to market strategies to identify new surgical opportunities

• Consistently upskill and further your knowledge by taking part in internal educational training opportunities.

The person

• Experienced clinical support or salesperson who has worked in a healthcare related field, preferably within an Orthopaedic portfolio
• Have a growth mindset to capitalise on opportunities within the territory
• Knowledge of Sydney's public and private hospital systems an advantage
• Self-starter and well organised to get on with your day
• Have a natural enthusiasm for learning and executing on what you learn
